John Bernal was a Democratic candidate for District 27 of the Arizona House of Representatives. The primary election was on August 24, 2010, and the general election was on November 2, 2010.[1]

Bernal faced Eric Carbajal Bustamante, Dustin Cox, Bob Gilby, Sami Hamed, and Macario Saldate in the August 24 primary. Bernal was defeated by Macario Saldate and Sally Ann Gonzales in the Democratic primary.[2]
