John Betz, Jr.
John Betz, Jr. was a 2014 Libertarian candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 25th Congressional District of Texas.[1] John Betz, Jr. lost the general election on November 4, 2014.
Betz was a 2012 Libertarian candidate for District 12 of the Texas State Senate.

Betz ran in the 2014 election for the U.S. House to represent Texas' 25th District. Betz won the Libertarian Party nomination at the state convention in April 2014.[2] He was defeated by incumbent Roger Williams (R) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[3]

Betz ran in the 2012 election for Texas State Senate, District 12. Betz ran unopposed in the May 29 primary election and was defeated by incumbent Jane Nelson (R) in the general election, which took place on November 6, 2012.[4]
