John Billman

John Billman is a former representatives of the Place 6 seat on the Donna Independent School District school board in Texas. Billman won the seat in the by-district general election on November 8, 2016. He was defeated in the general election on November 6, 2018.[1]

Six of the seven seats on the Donna Independent School District school board were up for general election on November 8, 2016. Five of the six incumbents with expiring terms filed for re-election including Albert Sandoval (Place 2), Tammy Flores (Place 3), Nick Castillo (Place 4), David De Los Rios (Place 5), and Dennis Ramirez (Place 6). No incumbents won re-election in 2016 with Valentin Guerrero (Place 1), Donna Mery (Place 2), Alicia Reyna (Place 3), Eva Watts (Place 4), Eloy Avila (Place 5), and John Billman (Place 6) winning board seats.[2]
