John Brady was a 2016 candidate for the Mississippi Supreme Court. He ran against three other candidates for the seat vacated by Justice Ann Lamar.[1] Brady and opponent Robert Chamberlin were the top two finishers in the November 8, 2016, election and advanced to a runoff election on November 29, 2016. Brady was defeated.

Education

Brady received his bachelor's degree from Mississippi State University in 1989 and his J.D. from Mississippi College School of Law in 1994.[2]

Brady filed to run for retired Justice Ann Lamar's seat on the Mississippi Supreme Court against candidates James T. Kitchens, Robert Chamberlin, and Steve Crampton.[1] Brady and Chamberlin were the top two finishers and advanced to a runoff election on November 29. Brady was defeated.
