John Brennan is a judge on the Herkimer County Family Court in New York. He took office in 2011, following his election in 2010.[1] His current term expires on December 31, 2020.[2]
Career
Prior to his judicial election, Brennan worked as a law clerk to Hon. Michael Daley of the Supreme Court. He served as a law clerk for 25 years.[1][3]
2010 election
Brennan is a Republican. He competed against Mary Iocovozzi in the general election and won with 52% of the vote.[4] [3]
