|Delaware State Senate candidate John (Jack) Bucchioni Is running to represent the Present Sixth Senate District, which includes portions of Dewey, Lewes, Milton, Rehoboth and Slaughter Beach areas. A graduate of Maine-Endwell t High School (New York), he earned a bachelor’s degree majoring in history and political science from Bloomsburg University (Pennsylvania) on a football scholarship. While working as a school teacher he completed his master’s degree and became an adjunct professor at Binghamton University (New York). John moved on to enter the private sector owning and operating various mid market international consumer product companies.
Bucchioni first entered Democratic Party public service via various elected and appointed positions in Delaware until the present day. The pinnacle was an elected board seat on the Delaware Democratic Party Executive Committee (emeritus). He is best known for his grass roots work as a fierce advocate for the local residents of Sussex County Delaware.
Jack and his wife Linda have three children and 5 grandchildren. Linda and Jack have lived in postal Milton for over a decade; Jack having first arrived in Lewes during the summer of 1971.
