Biography
John Clark was born in Havana, Cuba, and lives in Kingsport, Tennessee. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee in 1980. Clark’s career experience includes working in business management. He served as mayor of Kingsport, Tennessee for four years and as an alderman for three.[1]
