General: He defeated Nikita Harmon in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 54.8 percent of the vote.[1][2][3]
2010
Clinton won the Republican primary for the Harris County Criminal Court at Law, receiving 61.9% of the vote. He defeated Alfred Leal in the general election, winning 55% of the vote.[4]
Education
Clinton earned a B.S. in criminal justice from the University of Houston in 1991. He went on to receive his J.D. from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 1995.[5][6]

- have practiced law or served as a judge for at least four years preceding the election.
