Fleming defeated incumbent Democrat Al E. Alonso Jr. in the general election for the Bexar County Court at Law No. 1, winning 53.55% of the vote.[4]

Education

Fleming received a B.S. in chemistry from Midwestern State University in 1996. He went on to earn a political science graduate degree there in 1997 and a J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law in 2000.[5][6]
