John D. Galluzzo is a Seminole County judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed by former Governor Jeb Bush on August 10, 2006, taking office on October 3 to replace retired Judge Gene Stephenson. Galluzzo was re-elected in 2008 and 2014, and his current six-year term expires on January 4, 2021.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

Galluzzo ran for re-election to the Eighteenth Circuit Court.
As an unopposed candidate, he was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [5] 

Education

Galluzzo received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida in 1979 and his J.D. degree from the Nova Southeastern University Law Center in 1982.[2][7]

Career

Galluzzo is a former assistant state attorney in Seminole County. He then worked as a private practice criminal defense attorney until he was appointed to the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in 2006.[2][3]
