Jamison ran for election to the Orphans Court of Cecil County.
Primary: He was defeated in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 21.5 percent of the vote. He competed against Sally Saunders Camp, Pete Pritchard, and incumbent Judge Carolyn Crouch. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats.  [2][3]
