John David Stewart (Texas)
John David Stewart represented Place 4 on the Grand Prairie Board of Trustees in Texas. He was first elected to the board in 2008, and he served until his resignation in December 2016.[1]
Biography
Stewart earned a B.A. in English from Baylor University in 1975.[2] He has been the pastor of Westridge Fellowship since 2006. Stewart and his wife have nine children and 12 grandchildren.[3]

John David Stewart ran for re-election to the Place 4 seat against challenger Mike Riley in the general election on May 10, 2014. Angela Luckey is running for the Place 3 seat against Katrina Jones.
