Education

DeCaro received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and a J.D. from the University of Toledo School of Law in 1992.[2]

Career

DeCaro is a partner of the law firm Cusick & DeCaro, P.C. and a solicitor for the Ellwood City Area School District, New Castle Housing Code Board of Appeals and New Castle Area School District. He was formerly a solicitor for the Lawrence County Area Vocational-Technical School.[2]
