John Dingfelder was an at-large member of the Tampa City Council in Florida. He assumed office on May 1, 2019. He left office on March 14, 2022.

Dingfelder ran for election for an at-large seat of the Tampa City Council in Florida. He won in the general runoff election on April 23, 2019.

Dingfelder was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Thirteenth Circuit Court in Florida.[1]

Dingfelder resigned from the Tampa City Council on March 14, 2022, as part of a lawsuit settlement agreement.[2]

Dingfelder ran for election to the Thirteenth Circuit Court.
Primary: He was defeated in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 24.81 percent of the vote. He competed against Carl C. Hinson and Barbara Twine Thomas.[1][4]
