John E. Blahovec is a senior judge of the Westmoreland County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania.[1]Blahovec was first elected to the court in 1985.[2] He retired, becoming a senior judge, in 2014.[3]
Education
Blahovec earned both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh.[4]
