John E. Franklin is a judge of the 15th District Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court in Virginia. He was elected by the Virginia General Assembly on February 25, 2015. Franklin was re-elected in 2021 to a six-year term.[1][2][3]
Career
Prior to joining the circuit court in 2015, Franklin was an attorney in Fredericksburg.[1]
