John E. Herndon
John E. Herndon is an Oklahoma associate district judge for Grady County, which is located in District Six. He first joined the court as a special judge in 1993 and was appointed in November 2004 by Governor Brad Henry to be an associate district judge.[1][2] He was re-elected in 2014 after running unopposed. His current term expired on January 13, 2019.[3]

Education
Herndon received a bachelor's degree from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and a J.D. from the University of Tulsa.[5]
Career
Prior to joining the court in 1993, Herndon worked in private practice.[6]
