Constitutional Conservative who believes that we are citizens not subjects and government should serve us. I've never run for public office before but have always been a conservative. I have a background in the mortgage banking industry and the experience required to be the county recorder.
Smaller Government, Lower Taxes, Freedom. The Recorder's Office doesn't set policy but does exist to serve the public and provide excellent customer service to the citizens of Clark County, Nevada. I'd like to see the office improve in that area...currently most recorded documents are not available on line and citizens have to order them and pay for them and then drive down to the County Recorder's office to pick them up and view them. In every other county in the USA, you can view the document first and then decide if you need to pay for a certified copy of an original document. Why not here? Because the current recorder chooses not to serve the citizens.
