John F. Harris
John F. Harris was the Chief of Staff to former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich. Blagojevich and Harris were accused of conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud and were arrested on December 9, 2008, at 6:15 a.m., by FBI special agents. Blagojevich was accused of soliciting bribes to fill the Illinois Senate seat vacated when Obama was elected president.
Harris resigned days after the arrest.[1]
