Education
Fischer received his bachelor's degree and his master's degree in English literature from the University of Oklahoma. He received his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.[4]
Career
From 1976 until 1980 Judge Fischer served as an assistant attorney general, and from 1980 to 2006 he was in private practice.[4]
