John Fogleman
John N. Fogleman is a former judge for the Second Circuit of the Arkansas Circuit Courts. He was in Division 8, serving Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Greene, Mississippi and Poinsett counties. He was re-elected to the Second Circuit on May 20, 2014 for a term expiring in 2020.[1][2] On December 31, 2019, Fogleman resigned before the end of his term.[3]
Education
Fogleman earned his B.S.E. from Arkansas State University and his J.D. from the University of Arkansas.[4]
Career
Fogleman's professional experience includes working as a deputy prosecuting attorney for Crittenden County in Arkansas.[5]

2010
Fogleman ran for the Arkansas Supreme Court seat vacated by Tom Glaze in 2010. He lost in the primary election to Courtney Henry, winning 42.48% of the vote.[6]
