John Forman
John Forman was a Republican candidate in the March 20, 2012 special election for the New York State Assembly, District 100. The special election was called to fill the vacancy created when Thomas Kirwan (R) passed away in 2011 at the age of 78.[1]

Forman was defeated by Frank Skartados (D) in the March 20, 2012 special election. Forma also ran on the Independence and Conservative Party tickets. Skartados also ran on the Working Family Party ticket.[2][3]
