John Forrest Dillon
John Forrest Dillon (1831-1914) was a federal judge on the United States Circuit Courts for the Eighth Circuit.
He was nominated by President Ulysses Grant on December 9, 1869. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 22, 1869, and received commission that same day. He resigned on September 1, 1879.
