Campaign themes

2014

French's website highlighted the following campaign themes:[1]

Our state is an economic and fiscal mess. I offer 37 years of business experience and acumen, a trait sorely missing in Hartford, and 30 years experience working Town budgets and state and federal regulatory compliance from both a BOF and BOE perspective. I understand how Towns work and how Hartford is hurting the Towns and pledge to stop it.[2]
