John R. Froeschner was a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. He was appointed to the court in 1991 and his last term would have expired in 2023.[1]
Education
Froeschner received an undergraduate degree from Elmhurst College and a J.D. from the University of Missouri.[2]
