Biography
John Gibbs was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Minnesota in 1979 and a law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1982. His career experience includes working as an executive. Gibbs has been affiliated with Artistry, the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, the Izaak Walton League, and Minnesota Pipes and Drums.[1]
