John Green (Idaho)
John Green is a former Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives who represented District 2B from 2018 to 2020.
Green was removed from the Idaho House of Representatives on January 16, 2020, following his conviction on charges of tax fraud.[1]
Biography
As of January 2020, Green resides in Post Falls, Idaho. He completed Basic Police Certification School with Texas A&M/HGAC in 1977, received his bachelor's degree in criminal justice from the University of Houston in 1982, and graduated with his J.D. from South Texas School of Law in 1986. His professional experience includes serving as general counsel and chief law enforcement advisor for the U.S. Bill of Rights Foundation, working in private practice on constitutional law issues, and criminal and civil trial experience.[2]
