John H. Bailey Jr. (Georgia judge)
John H. Bailey, Jr. was the chief judge of the Northern Circuit of Georgia.[1] He first took office in 1996, and most recently won re-election in 2012.[2][3] He retired on January 1, 2015.[4]
Education
Bailey received his undergraduate degree from Georgia College and his J.D. from John Marshall Law School.[5]

- 1985-1995: Chief assistant district attorney, Norther Judicial Circuit of Georgia
- 1976-1979: Lead technical illustrator, Grumman-American/Gulfstream Aerospace Corp.[3]
2012 election
Bailey ran unopposed for re-election to the Northern Superior Court.[6] He was re-elected after receiving 99.8% of the vote in the July 31 election.[2]
