John H. Gasaway
John H. Gasaway was a circuit court judge for the Nineteenth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He joined the court in 1990 and was re-elected in 2006 and 2014.[1][2][3] Gasaway retired on December 1, 2015.[4]
Education
Gasaway received his undergraduate degree from Austin Peay State University in 1969 and his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 1975.[1]
Career
Before he became a judge for the Nineteenth Circuit Court, Gasaway worked as an attorney in private practice from 1975 to 1990.[1]

General: He defeated Ben Dean and Danny Brollier in the general election on August 7, 2014, receiving 35.5 percent of the vote.
