John Howard was a member of the New York Public Service Commission. Howard assumed office in 2019. Howard left office on February 1, 2024.

John Howard was appointed to the New York Public Service Commission on July 19, 2019.[1] On February 26, 2021, Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D) designed Howard as interim chair of the New York Public Service Commission, following the departure of former chief John Rhodes.[1]
