John Howard is a judge of the Donley County Court in Texas. He was elected in 2014, effective January 1, 2015, for a term that expires on December 31, 2018.[1]

Howard ran for election to the Donley County Court.
Primary: He was successful in the Republican primary on March 4, 2014, receiving 38 percent of the vote. He competed against Randy Bond, Gary Campbell and Jack Craft.
Runoff: Because no candidate received more than 50% of the vote, Howard faced Bond in a primary runoff election on May 27, 2014. He won, earning 58.9% of the votes cast.
General: He won without opposition in the general election on November 4, 2014. [1][2][3][4] 

Career

Prior to 2014, Howard served as chairman of the Clarendon College Board of Regents.[4]
