Biography
John Isner was born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, and lives in Hedgesville, West Virginia. He earned a bachelor's degree in political science and sociology from Shepherd University in 2014 and a Juris Doctor from West Virginia University. Isner's career experience includes teaching political science at Shepherd University.[1]
