John J. Mercuri is a senior judge on the Lackawanna County Magisterial District in Pennsylvania. He served as a full-time judge until December 31, 2015, when he announced his decision to leave the court at the end of his term.[1] His current term expires in 2017.[2]

Education

Mercuri earned both his undergraduate and J.D. degrees from Temple University.[3]

Mercuri was re-elected to the Lackawanna County Magisterial District after running unopposed in 2011.[4][5]
