Elections for the Pennsylvania State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election took place on May 20, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in that election was March 11, 2014. Incumbent Christine Tartaglione defeated Danny Savage and Tomas Sanchez in the Democratic primary, while John Jenkins was unopposed in the Republican primary. Tartaglione defeated Jenkins in the general election.[1][2][3]
