John Kevin Holbrook is a district court judge for the 24th District Court, which presides over the counties of Johnson, Lawrence and Martin in Kentucky.[1] He began serving in 2000 and was re-elected in 2010 and 2014. His four-year term expired on January 6, 2019.[2][3][4][5]
