John Kisner, Jr.
John Kisner, Jr. was a judge for the Eighteenth Judicial District in Kansas. He joined the court in 2003, and was re-elected in 2004, 2006, 2010, and 2014.[1] He did not file to run for re-election in 2018. He retired on January 14, 2019.

Kisner received a B.B.A. from Wichita State University in 1981, and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law in 1984.[4]
