Biography

Klossner received a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin Platteville and a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. His professional experience includes serving as first assistant chief public defender in the Seventh and Eighth Judicial District Public Defender’s Office and managing attorney and assistant public defender in the Tenth Judicial District Public Defender’s Office.[1]
