John Kowalko Jr. (Democratic Party) was a member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing District 25. He assumed office on November 8, 2006. He left office on November 8, 2022.
Kowalko (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Delaware House of Representatives to represent District 25. He won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
John Kowalko has worked as a machinist for Philadelphia Newspapers, Incorporated. He was previously employed as a general foreman machinist at Delaware City Refinery and a machinist in the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard.[1]

On November 4, 2008, Kowalko won re-election to the Delaware House of Representatives from Delaware's 25th District, defeating James Gates (R). Kowalko received 5,008 votes in the election while Gates received 1,816 votes.[11] Kowalko raised $38,852 for his campaign; Gates raised $15,493.[12]
