I am a retired career Military Soldier/Sailor. I retired after thirty five years of Military service. I stepped up to the Council when others did not because I love my Town and I have skills and abilities to offer to help make it run better.
  • I am a Volunteer, and always have been. I believe my position on the Town Council to be Community Service. That is to say I am a volunteer, not a paid member. I have not and do not intend to accept a "paycheck".
  • I work for the Town. I go to the meetings, pay the bills, help write the budget, manage the infrastructure, attend the conferences and dozens of things that, in the background, help make the Town run.
  • The "extra". The "extra" time needed to read the Code Book, to stay current on the many projects the Town is managing in order to have viable input. The "extra" meetings with contract Engineers to keep those projects moving. All the "extra" The Public does not see but must be accomplished.
I support the US and Montana State Constitutions. The Words we live by because Citizenship is a Verb.
In my opinion, Honesty is the most important principal, because if you do trust what I say and do the position is meaningless.
I believe following the will of the People is of prime importance along with a healthy respect for the pocketbook of the Town.
I worked in the Fruit Stand down the street from my house for many, many years.
I sometimes have difficulty dealing with injuries sustained during my Military career.
My children and my thirty-five year Military career.
