Biography

Little was born on February 13, 1950, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1975. His professional experience includes working as a city manager and as a partner in a consulting firm.[1]

John Little is a native of Minneapolis, Mn. Attended Washburn High School and the University of Minnesota. John began his professional career working as as a transit analyst for the Metropolitan Transit Commission. In 1985 he moved with his family to Scottsdale, AZ and began work as an organizational development analyst. He was subsequently promoted nine times and completed his career at the city in the top job of City Manager
