John Lyle Jr.
John Lyle Jr. (independent) was a member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives, representing District 46. He assumed office on January 1, 2019. He left office on January 4, 2021.
Lyle (independent) ran for election to the Rhode Island State Senate to represent District 17. He lost in the general election on November 8, 2022.
Lyle was a member of the Republican Party until June 23, 2020. He said he decided to run as an independent because of his opposition to President Donald Trump (R).[1]
