John Mitchell (Missouri)
John Mitchell is a member of the Missouri Public Service Commission. He assumed office on May 9, 2024. His current term ends on April 15, 2030.
Gov. Mike Parson (R) appointed Mitchell to the Missouri Public Service Commission on April 12, 2024. He was confirmed by the Missouri State Senate on April 25, 2024.[1]
Biography
John Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. From 1988 to 2022, Mitchell worked at the engineering firm Burns & McDonnell Engineering in Kansas City, Missouri.[2]

Mitchell was appointed to the Missouri Public Service Commission by Governor of Missouri Mike Parson on April 12, 2024. He was confirmed by the Missouri State Senate on April 25, 2024.[3]
