John Moser was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Eighteenth Circuit Court in Florida.[1]

Moser ran for election to the Eighteenth Circuit Court.
Primary: He was successful in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 44.44 percent of the vote. He competed against Maurice Arcadier and Nancy Maloney.
General: He faced Nancy Maloney in the general election on November 4, 2014. [1][2]

Education

Moser earned his B.S. in Criminology from Florida State University in 1997 and his J.D. from the same university in 1985.[3]

Military career

Moser served in the United States Army from 1977 to 2009. While in the Army, he served in both active duty and the reserves. He retired with the rank of Colonel.[3]

Career

Moser's experience as an attorney includes being an assistant state attorney, Assistant Statewide Prosecutor and various lecturing positions. He is a partner at the law firm of Moser and Moser, P.S.[3]
