John P. Capuzzi, Sr. is a judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He was elected to the court in 2011 and his term expires in 2022.
2011 election
Capuzzi won the Republican Party primary on May 17. He received 10% in the Democratic primary and 20.6% of the vote in the Republican primary.[1] He was elected in the general election on November 8, winning 12.2% of the vote.[2]

Education
Capuzzi earned both his undergraduate and master's degree from LaSalle University. He earned his J.D. from the Widener University School of Law.[3]
Professional career
Capuzzi has worked in private practice at the firm Imperatrice, Amarant, Capuzzi, & Bell. He has also served as a Senior Deputy Attorney General and as a Municipal District Judge from 2005 to present.[3]
