John P. Damron was a judge for the Giles County General Sessions Court in Tennessee. He also had jurisdiction over the Giles County Juvenile Court. He was re-elected to the court in 2006 and his term ended in 2014.[1][2]

Education

Damron received his A.A. degree from Martin Methodist College in 1986 and his B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1988. He then earned his J.D. from the Nashville School of Law in 1992.[1]

Career

Damron spent over two years as an assistant public defender for the 22nd Judicial District before joining a private law firm. He worked at the firm until he became a judge.[1]
