John P. Heithoff
John P. Heithoff is a magistrate judge of the Fourth District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position on August 1, 2009 to serve Pottawattamie County.[1]
Education
Heithoff received his B.S. degree from Iowa State University in 1974 and his J.D. degree from Creighton University in 1977.[1]
Career
Heithoff has worked as a general practice lawyer, self-employed, since graduating from law school in 1977. He has also worked as an assistant Council Bluffs city attorney (July 1982 - July 1984) and an assistant Pottawattamie County attorney (January 1987 - May 1989).[1]
