John R. Hermes was a 2013 Democratic candidate for District 82 of the Wisconsin State Assembly.[1]

Hermes ran in the 2013 election for Wisconsin State Assembly District 82. The seat was vacant following Jeffrey Stone's (R) resignation to become Division Administrator for the Division of Water, Compliance, and Consumer Affairs of the Public Service Commission. Hermes was unopposed in the November 19 Democratic primary. He was defeated by Ken Skowronski (R) in the special election, which took place on December 17, 2013.[2][1][3][4][5]
