John Rod Penry, Jr. is a district court judge for the 22B Judicial District, which presides over Davidson and Davie counties of North Carolina. He was appointed by Governor Bev Perdue in March 2009. He was re-elected to the 22B Judicial District in 2014, winning a term that expired on December 31, 2018.[1][2][3]
