John Rellstab (1858-1930) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

He was nominated by President William Howard Taft on May 6, 1909 to fill the seat vacated by William Mershon Lanning.[1] He was confirmed by the Senate on May 18, 1909, and received commission that same day. On October 10, 1928, he assumed senior status. He served in this capacity until his death on September 22, 1930. Rellstab was succeeded in this position by James William McCarthy.
