My name is John F. Sauers. I am 27 years old living in Rockaway, New Jersey. I grew up in the district and continue to live here. I went to William Paterson University for my undergraduate education, obtaining a bachelor’s in accounting and then continued at Montclair State University, where I received a master’s in accounting with a focus in forensics. I have the background to understand how to a balance a budget, which is sorely needed in New Jersey and the whole country. I am pushing to secure the border, lowering your taxes, eliminating unnecessary spending, and allowing parents school choice for their children.
  • Securing the border is my main priority. I will achieve this by supporting H.R.2 - Secure the Border Act of 2023. In addition, I will advocate for the Remain in Mexico policy to become a law. Lastly, I will champion to hold those in Homeland Security accountable for taking part in human trafficking.
  • I will take every effort to lower your taxes in every way I can. I work as a tax accountant; I know firsthand how horrible peoples’ taxes have been over the last few years. Every year, our taxes are getting worse along with the awful gas, food, and housing prices. The government has been taking more and more of our money to what end? The majority of our taxes are not going back into the country to help us, so allow me to work to help lower your cost from taxes by pushing for more deductions and making it easier than ever to file your returns.
  • Our economy’s inflation rate is out of control. To fix this major issue, I will advocate to cut down the budget deficit from a whopping $1.7 trillion to zero dollars, if not a budget surplus. We can achieve this goal by eliminating unnecessary and irrelevant bloat spending to nations across the world, resuming drilling again in America, and bringing back manufacturing to both the United States and New Jersey.
School choice is one of biggest issues plaguing parents in New Jersey and across the nation. Parents face the tremendous problem of either paying a premium for private school or are forced to send their children to public school. The issue with public schools is that parents face the high risk of their children becoming indoctrinated in anti-American viewpoints. In addition, many of these public schools have been distributing and encouraging pornographic material to students, a highly disturbing and frightening occurrence. I will work tirelessly to hold these people responsible to ensure the safety of the children, who are the future of our country.
9/11 was the first historical event that I remember. I was 5 years old in kindergarten.
My first job was working for JCPenney at the Rockaway Mall. I worked there for about a year.
No bullets Fly, Resist and Bite from Sabaton, and Michishirube by Minori Chihara
No, our founders wrote down exactly what is required to be a representative and have previous experience is not required.
Yes, it allows for the representatives to be more in tune with their constituents.

Campaign website

Sauers’s campaign website stated the following:

Sercuring our Border
Securing the border stands atop John F. Sauers' priority list, not just as a matter of policy, but as a fundamental duty to safeguard the nation's sovereignty and protect its citizens. With unwavering determination, he pledges his support for initiatives like the H.R.2 - Secure the Border Act of 2023, a bold step towards fortifying our borders and stemming the tide of illegal immigration.
But John's vision extends beyond mere legislation; he champions the implementation of the Remain in Mexico policy as a bulwark against unchecked migration, ensuring that those seeking entry abide by lawful processes. He refuses to compromise on the safety and security of American communities, advocating for policies that uphold the rule of law while offering compassion to those genuinely in need.
Moreover, John isn't content with surface solutions; he demands accountability at every level. He vows to shine a spotlight on any involvement of Homeland Security personnel in despicable acts like human trafficking, holding perpetrators accountable to the fullest extent of the law. For John, securing the border isn't just a policy goal – it's a moral imperative, and he's ready to fight tirelessly to make it a reality.

Lower Taxes
John F. Sauers is resolutely committed to lightening the burden on hardworking Americans by tackling the pressing issue of exorbitant taxes. Drawing from his firsthand experience as a tax accountant, he intimately understands the financial strain that individuals and families face due to escalating tax obligations. With each passing year, the weight of taxes, coupled with skyrocketing prices of essentials like gas, food, and housing, has only intensified, leaving many feeling squeezed and disillusioned.
John refuses to stand idly by as the government continues to siphon hard-earned income from citizens without meaningful returns. He is determined to advocate for comprehensive tax relief measures that put more money back into the pockets of taxpayers where it belongs. Leveraging his expertise in tax matters, John will champion initiatives aimed at expanding deductions and streamlining the filing process, making it easier than ever for individuals to navigate the tax system and claim the savings they deserve.
For John, the mission to lower taxes isn't just about numbers on a balance sheet; it's about ensuring economic security and prosperity for all Americans. He believes that by empowering individuals to keep more of their earnings, they can better provide for their families, invest in their futures, and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the nation as a whole. With unwavering dedication, John pledges to be a staunch advocate for tax relief, fighting tirelessly to alleviate the financial burden on hardworking Americans.

Restoring Economic Stability
John F. Sauers recognizes the urgent need to address the rampant inflation plaguing our economy. With bold determination, he pledges to tackle this pressing issue head-on by advocating for decisive measures to rein in the budget deficit and pave the way towards fiscal responsibility.
John's vision for economic stability begins with slashing the budget deficit from its staggering $1.7 trillion to zero dollars, or even achieving a budget surplus. He understands that achieving such a monumental goal requires bold action and unwavering commitment. To this end, John will spearhead efforts to eliminate unnecessary and wasteful spending, particularly in areas that do not directly benefit the American people.
One key aspect of John's plan involves reassessing foreign aid and bloat spending to nations across the world, ensuring that taxpayer dollars are used judiciously and effectively. Furthermore, he advocates for a resurgence in domestic energy production, including the resumption of drilling in America. By tapping into our nation's vast natural resources, John aims to reduce reliance on foreign oil and bolster energy independence, thereby mitigating the impact of volatile global markets on inflation rates.
Additionally, John is a staunch proponent of revitalizing American manufacturing and bringing jobs back to both the United States and New Jersey. He believes that by incentivizing domestic production and fostering a business-friendly environment, we can create sustainable economic growth and prosperity for all. [3]
